The role of the manager is to set the direction, describe where you are ultimately trying to go, set the long term challenge and identify the critical success factors.

PROJECT LEADERS

The role of project leaders is to assess the current reality, identify solutions and detail a series of projects that will lift quarterly results. 

SUPERVISORS

The supervisors will lead a project team to deliver set tasks and actions to lift focus area results. The necessary training will be provided.  

TEAM LEADERS

The work team will be responsible for embedding the change, making adjustments, standardizing practices and building the required capability.
