Since 2004, Glen has helped over 20 organisations build a High Performance Culture by implementing Lean programs.  He delivers innovative learning programs to a variety of organisations in many different sectors in Australasia.

Steven provides our video and digital solutions to make improvement easier and more fun. In recent years visual performance mapping and time lapse videos have become useful tools in improving operational performance.

Colette is an Organisational Psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board. She has accumulated a wealth of experience in areas of organisation analysis and design, succession planning, talent management, and occupational assessment. The focus of Collete’s work is achieving business and people flow.
